AAAACCCCKKKK, little kid germs, OMG!! :eek2: It seems like the sickest I ever was on constant basis was when my son was in grade school.

You're pretty funny too, holstered Lysol, spraying down everyone who crosses the threshold to defend them from the mutant viruses :FRlol:

Covergrl, you made me feel better because taking it easy is what I'm doing and I'm feeling like massively guilty, I basically stopped working out the entire month of December and now it looks like it's gonna be next week before I can start ... but whenever I do anything other than the bare minimum I feel so crummy.

My allergies do that to me....feel sick and then it goes away the next day....back and forth and always seems to hit my throat

Yeah I've had it too. Lately it's just a stuffy nose and ears ache at night, but throughout the day I'm alright. I'm just trying to up my water intake and get to bed no later than 10; but w/4 kids that's been really hard to do. Ah, well I really hope that you get some rest and feel better soon. Take care!

LOL DRAW you varmints!

hell yeah, two cans! Crisp Linen Scent is quite nice. It took me awhile to find a smell I could tolerate, stuff works {{{{{ I think }}}}} placebo Lysol.
Anyway, I"ve had it good, only sick we have been in a year, so I figure I'd use the rest.
Now if I can only stop with the cooking! Today was homemade Chix Noodle Soup and Pumpkin Crunch Bars... yummmm.
Figure I'll be better by next Monday, if not I'll just have to turn into a Gym Nazi and force myself, two weeks is enough. I have lost some of my great gains, back down a size quick, I feel like a blow-up doll with the rate my body deflates, geezzzzz. It will take me 4 weeks to get back where I was.

Hey musclemom,

Sorry you feel lowsy, it is going around. I know I work in a hospital all our staff is out sick right now. Just get your rest and keep your self hydrated it will take a good week or so before you feel better, I know thats not what you want to hear. Sorry..

Hope you feel better, keep your head up. I am still down with a bulging disc, maybe that will make you feel better...hahaaa

I have been so lucky the last six months because I essentially work from home or w/ a very small staff of people who dont' have kids for the most part - so no germs coming in. If there were, they'd have to be home grown (i.e. my fault). The worst I've dealt w/ is sneezing from cat hair buildup in my house (eek!) or my allergies or sinuses seem to kick in whenever there is a significant temperature change.

My sinuses kick in when the heat goes on, there doesn't seem to be anything that really helps it much, an open window, keeping the heat low ...

I work from home too, that makes a HUGE difference ... unfortunately, my husband works in retail ... so everything that I manage to avoid he so generously goes out and picks up in the mall and brings home to share with me.

My man, he loves me so ...

LOL that's nice! My cat also likes to share his fur - he is exceedingly generous and makes sure that there isnt' one square inch of anything I own that hasn't been touched w/ his love.
