smoking vs workingout

Usually, Before Workout smoke, It create a bad habit about health. It can be create a lots of problems in our body, Before sleep, Smoke is good for our health.
 
whether you smoke once or more times,your health is exposed to danger of being hurt.I am in favor of changing this before becoming a intense habit.
 
I smoke once a day, usually before i workout
wondering how much of a negative impact that has on everything..
eating/gaining weight/etc
or if just smoking before the workout is bad, what about after workout or like in the morning

It's really not that terrible considering a lot of the people on this forum are 20 years old and on massive amounts of steroids to which they justify by saying "smoking kills people, not aas". I'd rather have a smoke a day than have 25% heart function throughout my 30s and die at 42. And it's not like you're smoking a pack a day (though no smoking is ideal, but one before or after will not have a drastic effect on anything)
 
Bro me and my friend smoke before working out and blast music and we have one of sickest physiques ull see you just have to lift as soon as u finish smoking and blast ur music. Get high not stoned theres a difference if ur stoned ull be too lazy u can smoke after workout as well but not too much like a toke or two... Its not guna ruin anything trust me

It will effect it whether you want to accept it or not. LOL. I too was a daily puffer for awhile. I was on a test cycle and did both for almost three months. I found that the weed made me highly unmotivated. It also made my recovery feel like it was weaker (even with all the proper diet, etc). I guess it was like I could feel the muscles turning soft to quickly. It also put me out of breath more than if I didn't smoke on those days. So it would interfere with endurance. I still put on 20 lbs of muscle in those 3 weeks. But it probably should have been more like 30!! The THC in the dope turns into estrogen. So after your high comes down you start to lose. So it turns your muscles softer and less recovery is possible. That's even on TEST !!! So I can't imagine just going normal. The effects should be even harder on you. But I can relate to wanting a puff sometimes to unwind. I think if your going to do it, you need to keep it at maybe just once a week. And maybe take nolvadex if you do it. To block more of the estrogen. It absolutely , positively, will hurt your gains smoking the green, lol !! I can speak from experience. But, everyone is different. Good luck !
