That makes some sense, strenghtmonster. Here is what I have decided to try. I am really looking forward to my bike tour this summer, so I'm not going to cut that out yet. I will start working out on a 7 day rotation, trying to isolate one muscle group each day with a day or two of total rest (no lifting at all) on the weekends. If I get bigger, great, if not, come August-September I will cut ou the cycling and try again
