sleeping problems, tired muscles, what is the problem?

That's kind of low for water intake, especially considering you're using creatine. You need to increase your water intake with creatine; most of us consume at least a gallon (4 litres) a day.

That will take some effort but I'll take your suggestion and increase it.

Never thought of that but I will give it a shot. I'm still hoping for help on the sleeping part of it all(besides being hot).

On another note, I have been training since April and the longest time off of working out was for a 4 day weekend. Maybe it is time for a break.

A gallon is 3.89 liters.

Are you getting enough minerals? Training can really take 'em out of you. Try adding a multi-mineral supplement to your vitamin regimen. I noticed a big difference when I started this. I use Twinlab multi-mineral.

Something else, I wouldn't train "heavy" every week. I alternate between heavy weeks and not-so-heavy weeks. Also, I change my whole routine every 2-3 months, and I probably take a whole week off from lifting about every 4 months due to going on vacation, where I may do other active things but not weights.

It's when you're resting that your body repairs itself to come back stronger. Everyone's different in regard to how much rest they need.
