wow was it great.... i am really diging the "Needsize" workout
plus i have been listening to some other things you big folks have been talking about.
todays workout: shoulders, low back, and traps
started off with push press with 135lbs for 5X5.
then on to sumo straight leg deadlifts (its a good variation that works 90% low back with hardly any hamstring) 225lbs for 5X5
seated db presses - 35lbs for 2X10.
hyperext - bodyweight 2X10.
upright row - 85lbs 2X10.
rear delt raises - 20lb db 2X10.
db shrug rows - 40lbs 2X10.
im starting reeeeaaaalllll light and plan to move up 5 lbs on everything next week but i am pausing at the hard part of everylift and rest maybe 30 seconds inbetween each set.
anyways it felt great, i was pumped, i felt huge, blah blah blah.......... i just wanted to share.
