Is this routine similar to what most power lifters do?
Week 1-2: 70%1rm 10reps 2sets
3:73%x8x2
4:76%x8x2
5:79%x8x2
6:82%x5x2
7:85%x5x2
8:88%x5x2
9:91%x3x2
10:94%x3x2
11:97%x2x2
12:100%x2x2
13:104%x1x1
14:107-111%x1x1
These figures apply to the compound movements (big 3 or 4) and allow for 2-3 assistance exercises at 8-12 reps. All the exercises are done once per week and only 2 sets.
 
depends what type of routine they are doing.

Too much time above 90% i believe. they would burn out.

there seem to be only 2 or 3 types of powerlifting programs being used.

2 not using that type of structure......
