Side raises vs. Front raises

"Shoulders ? shrugs, incline press, Row (to neck with elbows out), side raise"

add reverse flyes or reverse pec-dic for posterior delts.

Hmmm...you don't really have many compound moves, are you injured? Most of those seem like isolation movements...doesn't seem like you'll grow much.
What are your goals?

Presses will normally involve anterior deltoid, pulling movements will involve rear deltoid and medial deltoid is used during an upright row, lateral raises, military press (whenever your arms draw away from the midline of your body)


I do squats and SLDL, I accidently left those out.
