Hey everyone. So I have used Tight by SAN before and found it to be quite effective. The only real drawback was that it killed my appetite and made eating 6 times a day very difficult, however I pushed through it. Every time I go back on Tight however I am plagued by terrible anxiety and uneasiness. This tends to last for 2 weeks and then I slowly return to normal. This is my second day back on and I am just feeling awful, I can't stop worrying about every little thing and I feel just plain depressed. Nothing seems to calm me down. Does anyone know any tricks or have any ideas as to how to get through this? Does anyone else experience this? I have heard differing arguments as to Yohimbe use in women. Coming off of the Tight is not an option for me, however I'd like to get my head under control. It's probably harder on my boyfriend than it is on me, watching me go up and down.

I am already on a high dosage of a prescription anti-depressants and I also take medicine to calm me down at night. I have tried holy basil which calms me down under normal circumstances but it is not working right now. the problem is probably exascerbated by the fact that I am not working right now and have a lot of time on my hands to think, worry and feel uneasy.

Well, I get the first vote I suppose. I don't really have any mental problems with stimulants but I do get shaky hands, but that doesn't bother me just insane amounts of energy so much that it makes my hands shake

My experience includes liquiclen and thermorexin.

Well you could try another type of fatburner and see if it makes a difference. Also avoid a lot of additional caffiene from other sources(i.e. coffee, diet soda). But honestly taking a stimulant and then taking a downer at night to calm yourself is really not good on your body. There will probably still be some stimulant in your system when you take the pills to calm you down, and then your telling your body to do two things at one time, its really not healthy. Just my two cents.

fat burners that effect the nervous system e.c.t will make a anxious person more anxious.so you are obviouslty alreadly in a uneasy state of mind because you are on anti-depresants,some people can take pills and feel fine mentally others who are naturally anxious, worrysome, and paranoid will go even worse on these types of drugs.id say stay away and go natural i.e no pills u might even find you dont need as high a dosage of anti depresants and natural cardio/weight training is a natural high which when performed releases feel good hormones in your brain, its been proven that 30mins cardio is more effectivce for depression than pills.also fat burners are only masking the symptoms(too much fat) and not getting to the root/cause of the problem which is probley lack of exercise and bad nutrition, pills do work, but when u come off them, because u cant stay on them forever,u will slowly go back to how you was because its the fundamentals of exercise and nutrition which will make u achieve your goals, hope this helps

good luck
