Side Delts

What else can i do for side delts other than lateral raises....seems like every week when i go to do them, all i ever end up doing are lateral raises. Should I switch up the angle on my raises, do em on cables, etc? I need some variety!!!!!

I definitely recommend switching up the angles....it gives you a completely different feel and stretch....

Try one arm laterals with the non-working side of your body leaning against an incline bench (45 degrees or so)....good stuff....

wide grip upright rows are anothor great exercise for the side delts.

Besides working part of your side delts, this also gives your delts/traps great seperation.

Bigsatan13 said it...constant TUT on the lateral head is the way to massive delts !

exactly....its not unheard of to have a set of lateral raises take me 1.5 minutes. talk about ouch.

Many great replies so far. Here is one that made my side delts blow up!....pick up a pair of dumbells about twice as heavy as you would normally use for reg. side laterals, and do partial reps as high as you can(usually just a few inches). Do them quickly and with constant tension. Do not let them touch your thighs until exaustion. Do a couple of sets like this after your delt workout and watch em grow!
