I know your done with the shredder stack, but what supps are you currently using??

since you said strength still going up and bodyfat still dropping i was curious if using anything or if its all diet/cardio?

Hey SBT! Good to have you have here at EF!!! Love this place.

Yeah So my strength is going up not much but it is. I'm loosing weight because I'm still leaning up, and I'm back to maintenence so I'm eating more calories than when on so that's kind of cool.
Supps I currently Take

Forged PCT
Joint Support
Multi-Vitamin
Omega Fish oil
L-lysine
B-Complex

I'm prolly going to run a cycle of Needto's Forged Lean Mass cause I've heard the stuff is gnarly and keeps you super dry but wont do it for prolly like two months..

When it's realeased i will be taking
On-Gaurd
Gear

I'm Also going to be rocking some of these within the next three weeks to help me shred out when I go to the UD2
Forged Joint Support
Amp02
Skeletal Balm
Evicerate
Alphaburn
LeanFX
LeanXtreme

Hopefully this helps out SBT

Calories make a big difference. Since you upped the cals and were used to being in a deficit, I'm sure that is a reason why your strength has stayed the same or increased. Also, probably the extra cals/carbs are filling you out a bit more.

Nice work man.

Unfortunately my cycle is over...but results were off the charts lol. I just hope I keep the majority of it. It's gonna be depressing losing the spider-web like veins all over my arms and chest. But that's ok. I got the winter to have fun

I'm the same way man, then I find taking a bulk cycle changes your mind completely. When I was on Diesel/Tren and went from 210 to 232lbs I was putting up crazy weight, eating steak all day and drinking whole milk, and I use to think to myself; WTF I wanna be a powerlifter, fuck this cutting stuff.

Then you get done with a bulk cycle and you start to think; OMG I'm so fat I need to shred and get lean...where my abs go maing, fuck this bulking stuff.

Its a vicious cycle man
