Shoulders in bench press

According to you WSB guys, you need to work the triceps, lats, shoulders, and chest in the same plane as the bench. How do you work the shoulders in that plane? Someone suggested floor presses - anything else?

My overhead press is weak in comparison to my bench. Should I work on that, or does it have no carry-over effect to the bench?

im not familiar with wsb, but ur anterior deltoid is always being highly utilized when benching, especially the wider ur hands are

The OHP has a lot of carry over, but it shouldn't be performed regularly in the routine...substitute ohp for bench for a while. Plate raises are good as well. I have been messing with kettlebell zott press lately and I have never felt so weak...good exercise

Don't they say floor presses are good for shoulders (and tris, of course)? And I've seen people commenting on the push press as great for developing explosive strength that carries over to the bench.
