Hi everyone, I would like some advice here, I was benching 150, first time ever and I heard something poped in my left shoulder
I didn't any pain at the moment, it was in the am time, it's night time now and pain is getting worst, I wonder
is I should stop doing any upper body training since most of the upper body movements involve your shoulders, and for how
long should I stop, thanks.
