You dont need much more for shoulders, Military or Push Press are great, side or front raises as well. You could do an upright row, but its not a movement that I recoment anymore, it can lead to injury.
Agree about the CGBP, but as you dont have a bench you will have to do them Floor press style, so hope you have a spotter to set you up, and be careful is the plates dont let the bar clear your body, or if you dont have a way to raise them. You could also do skull crushers or JM press...
