It depends on if you can tell the difference between real hunger and when you are dehydrated, bored, etc. Try eating in a 4-5 hour window for a while and that will help you learn to feel it.
so who on here does this where they only eat when they're hungry. A lot of experienced people I've talked to including competitors have said that they're against bulking and eating when they're not hungry because it just makes them fat. They say that you should eat when you're hungry only and that will add lean mass. How about you guys?
Depends on the person, their genetics, ajd their goals. I hear from "hard gainers" every day that say they can't gain, which is just an excuse for not eating enough. Some people need to learn how to eat even when you do t want to. Then you have the others that cant lose because theu can't put the damn fork down
