Should I drop mah calories?

Ive been on ckd for a little over 2 months, I started at 218 and I am now at 195 around 10% bf.

it seems to me the fat isnt coming off anymore, ive upped mah cardio to every day, I take yohimburn and xenadrine. Im eating excellent, prolly 2200 cals a day, about 180gms protein and 160 gms fat, a third of the fat is from flax.

so anyway, my question is that if I dropped the calories 400-500 day, meaning I would get 17-1800 cals a day, would this be benifiicial?

Im getting so full, and it seems that I am eating to much.
 
i don't think you should drop your cals. on top of your daily cardio, this will be too much.

instead what you might do increase the frequency of your refeeds - refeed every 4 days or so.

another option is just do less cardio. it seems like your body is resisting, especially since your are so close to single digits body fat.
