hey!! on monday(yesterday) i worked out my chest n tris. as i was doing the butterfly dumbell press for some reason my biceps got worked on..now as a result i am in apin from the training of the muscle as usual. tommorow (wednesday) i am supposed to work on biceps!!! should i?? or shoudnt i?? should they rest or should they be worked?! due to the fact that they werent worked like they would be on a regular bicep day!!!! some please inform me thanks!!! later

Your bis get worked when doing flies. Even if you managed to keep a perfect 90 degree abgle with your arms, that's still a static contraction with more weight then you would curl. Also, think about the fly motion, your biceps are curling, so they are getting hit. I personally almost never train a sore muscle, but many others do. In this case, I would think it may be okay. I know b-fold would probably say to go ahead and train them, and clearly, his opinion has merit.

if they are hurt and there is an injury do not train your bis, but if they are a little sore train them because you don't won't to lose out on a day of training the bicepts to contract rather than having a them trained in a static condition IMO.
