My ex had four kids. The last one being mine, and he weighed 10 lbs. He wrecked her vaj something fierce. She had a hard time holding her piss because he did some damage to her bladder. The doc ended up putting her bladder in place, then tightening up the vag.
I never thought she needed boobs. She never breast fed any of her kids, and they weren't all deflated. I honestly think she only wanted them since all he family has them. The tummy tuck wasn't needed either. She worked out and stayed in good shape. She was just really dark skinned and stretch marks from 4 kids were visible. Didn't really do her any good since now she has a really dark scar from hip to hip instead. She said she was gonna get a tattoo to cover it, but honestly a 40 year old woman getting a full tat around her hips and belly sounds lame as fuck too.
