Short1 - Bodybuilding Competition Log

I thought I'd show you my beginning stats compared to my current. I've lost 14 pounds.

December 01, 2006

Height = 5'1"
Weight - 154 lbs
BF = 12 ish

Measurements:

Neck = 14.25
Chest above boobs = 35
Chest & boobs = 38
biceps = 13.5
waist = 29
hips = 37
thighs = 24
calves = 15.25

Feb 28, 2007

Height = 5'1"
Weight - 140 lbs
BF = 8 ish

Measurements:

Neck = 15
Chest above boobs = 31
Chest & boobs = 35.5
biceps = 13
waist = 27
hips = 35
thighs = 23
calves = 14.5



my neck got bigger. :D

Well, if I get my move to Cali this spring... who knows. I gots a few peeps in Phx I want to catch up with!

Something I would be interested to see -- on your front most muscular w/ the inverted prayer hands - if you do your front lat, keep everything the same but move your arms to the most muscular pose, are you able to keep the same shoulder wide / span that you had w/ the front lat? Its a little bit also of a focus & flex of your chest on the most muscular changing from the front lat - but just wondered.
 
TSO - Keep in mind that the most muscular is not a mandatory pose.....you can certainly add it if you wish but you dont want to hide the abs.


There is a version with the hands on the hips...that automatically gets the delts flexed as well as hides the lats a bit

I know. I just liked that one. lol If you want me to do something else, that's OK, too. I know what you're talking about with the mm pose w/hands on back/side of thighs.
