over the last few workouts, I've noticed that my joints are creaking a bit. knees, lower back, shoulders, under shoulder blades. they don't hurt, exactly. they just feel like they lack lubrication. I need some WD40.
Otherwise, I'm okey dokey. Tired. Not very productive. I start projects and can't seem to get them finished. Lots of zoning out. lol Happy, but flakey.
