Shatter pre workout

I ordered shatter pre workout rainbow candy flavor
It has a good stim formula and has a bunch of other things like amino acids and yohimbe etc.

Its supposed to be good for Losing fat and gaining energy for my workout.
the problem is when I take this stuff it makes me nauseous. Is it because I have to eat something with it.

looking at the formula it is just a bunch of shit put together along with stims. nothing in it that i would personally put in my body

use a cleaner pre workout like cardazol

i use cardazol 3-4 caps/day

These kinds of products make a lot of people feel sick. I am not surprised when you read the ingredients. I would just have a cup or 2 of black coffee on days you need a boost before training.
