i dont think it was the same kid... It may have been Joshua Ward who benched 500 @ 14 or 15 years old in the 308 c lass

Joshua was 276 i do believe when he did 514 and he is now over 300lbs and has a bench over 530

Josh ward was at the APF nationals bench presses the weekend we competed and he was 15yrs old and hit 550 there in a double poly. And Musclehed was right he was soft and doughy, but dam strong. BUt big as hell.

I wish i lived close to my little brother. (he is indiana) but wheni was there we trained togther but he then was 16yrs old and is 6'5 285lbs. He is now 17 and freakin bigger. If he lived by me for anytime i would make him into the next gray frank!
