protein shakes suck ass....i use a whole bucket and gain NOTHING....NOTHINNG i like pissed it all out cuz my body didnt want it...you gotta eat real foods
Usually two a day if i'm bulking cause each one is 1000cals and over 120g protein per serving. Use milk to increase the cals of your shake and it adds some good protein also.
are you cutting/maintainance, because those cals are a little on the low side for your bodyweight and being(since you mentioned in reference to) on cycle.
