or anyone really might be able to help. But
Shadow, I read in a post somewhere that you said to do the hack squats with legs together. Silly question...but can you tell me the difference in leg area or muscle used as opposed to legs apart on the hack squat. Does it isolate the quads more?? Just wondering for my own knowledge expansion!
