if you want to target fat and retain your muscle......do moderate cardio. If you want to loose weight in generall and don't care about loosing muscle.....do HIT cardio!!!!

o yeah just found this too and it popped into my head, is it ok to just go outside sprint about 75 yards or so, walk back, sprint again, walk back, and keep repeating for about 20 min? or is on a treadmill doing 1 min intense, 1 min moderate job, repeat better?
