He-he... ahhh yes I remember that feeling too or not even wanting to curl more then 10 lb dumb bells :lmao:

12:00 p.m.
(reps brought in pizza for lunch at work, aren't I thrilled :lmao:... I was good :verygood:)

-1/2 vanilla MRP

6:30 p.m.
-Abductors (12 x 75) 3 sets
