I had all my stuff laid out the night before but still the logistics of trying to make sure I dont' forget anything and the fact that I woke up ever 45 min over nite runnign thru my list of stuff to not forget didnt' help much. Toss down the morning's supplements, nuke breakfast, load it all in the car & head out. I'm gettign pretty good at driving w/ my knees while I shovel down turkey patties & broccoli! Except I was gettign a little wild because it's still pitch black out on the drive to the gym and I found a broccoli floret on my seat when I got back into my car after work to drive back up to the gym. So now there's a piece of broccoli sitting on the floor of the parking ramp. I'm sure that will leave some heads scratching....
Aww, not for later, hehe...

Then shower, change & off to work. I actually got there on time but I started slowing down around 10 am as I expected. Dragged thru the day & back off to the gym for PM cardio & tanning. Still gotta make food for tomorrow & start the cycle over. I willl be coming home directly after work & do cardio here tho. Now I just gotta make sure I finish all the logistical stuff earlier tonite & be sure to take a Nytol to fall asleep better. I do like the AM training tho! (Ask me the question again at the end of the week...see what I say then.) Tomorrow starts the 2 day low carb cycle. Maybe I'll just apologize now for any pissiness that overcomes me during this time
Actually, I am sorry for my pissiness the past morn. You are doing a fine job JT! I can't wait to see some new pics and to be fair I will share some myself
Talk to ya tomorrow
