So it's time to start a cycle of 5 days on and 2 off of the S4... I made it 10 days before I reached the point of slight vision problems
I don't know if fatigue and sickness are playing apart but pretty much, it's taking longer than I like for my eyes to adjust to changing in light. Moving indoors to outdoor natural light, darkness to light... It's tolerable but annoyed me yesterday evening and this morning. So, for the rest of the day and this weekend NO S4.

Conclusion
I'm sick, coughing up phlegm but guess what, my workouts are going strong STILL. Middle of my chest workout, I begin to feel sore, that soreness that could turn into injury, so I cranked back the sets and weight I intended on going.
6:10 is not a PR, I've cranked out 5:50 before but it's the 1st time I've time a 1 mile sprint in 6 months, + the cold +I have not been sprinting so, not bad.
