I was wondering from the experts (i know i'm not) if it would be safe to 2 wks only on
whey every - 2 1/2 -3 hrs
meals chicken or tuna w/ green beans or a mixed veg. blend - 2-3 a day
water - 2 or more gals.
just to try and dump some body fat before i start my next gear run
