Same for me, always used them without a problem - however my last order is now going on 7 weeks. I have contacted them, submitted tickets which they are closing off without a reply! I did get one response (out of 4) which was a tracking number that does not register on the posal service webpage. whats the story in the poor customer service all of a sudden? I will go elsewhere from now on, for now I just want my order status or my money back. I have re-opened my last ticket, lets see how we go (again).
