Ive been thinking about this and it seems like a good idea. New routine....
Mon:chest and triceps
Tue: legs
Wed: back and biceps
Thurs: shoulders
Fri: chest and triceps

Off weekends

Week starts over... instead of chest and triceps its...
Mon:legs
Tues: back and biceps
Wed: shoulders
Thurs: chest and triceps
Fri: legs

Week starts over
Mon: back and biceps
Tues: shoulders
Wed: chest and triceps
thurs: legs
Fri: back and biceps
And etc......

Note how i keep in the same order. Consistency. Every week a different group gets worked twice but its at the beginning and ending of the week so plenty of time for recovery.

32 Years old. 6ft tall. Been going to the gym since jan but for the first 5 months i did nothing but cardio and went from 270lbs to 210lbs. I have gained only 4lbs but i think its just because i havent found the right routine. Im going to give this one a try and see how it goes. Seemed to be doing a lot of toning of sorts but mostly getting used to different exercises and weight as i haven't been to a gym in nearly 15 years. Looking to pack on some muscle and get rid of a little more fat. Not looking to be competition big but you know what im saying. Ive enclosed a picture just to give an idea of what im working with.

Im just not good at the whole fat/carb/protein ratio. I know 1-1.5g protein. Thats the easy part but my body doesn't handle carbs well so i try to take in just what nessessary for what i need and im going easy with fats and trying my best with only healthy fats.
