rotator cuff acting up

I got really discouraged today on chest day with my rotator during my flat bench set...i know that going PL style will help a little, but i feel a little uncomfortable with it and high weights. Would you guys recommend changing my flat bench over to incline barbell? or would dumbell flats work out just as well? normally when i do flat dumbells i end up feeling it more in my arms than chest though, and incline barbells seem to use the delts quite a bit more for me...give me your opinions please!

I just went through this. After training very heavy for more then a year, i began to feel pain in the cuff. I backed off the heavy weight for lighter weight and more reps for a month. My pain is gone. You have to let it heal while remaining active. I just started back on my normal routine today(did back) and will train delts tomorrow. This will test the cuff to see if it is truely healed.
