So Mitt released his 2011 returns (along with a "summary" of the past 20 years - lol) and, bless his heart, only claimed $2.25 million in charitable donations compared to the $4 million he actually gave. Why not claim all of it? His campaign said that because he told the American people he always pays at least 13% in taxes, so he wanted to adjust his returns to match that.

Mitt Romney just a few months ago said:I don’t pay more [taxes] than are legally due and frankly if I had paid more than are legally due I don’t think I’d be qualified to become president.
