Aprox 1700-1800 on non training days and 2000-2400 on training days. Protein at around 220 grams. Carbs under 100 on non training days and up to 200 on training days. Majority of fat from walnuts. In fact on non training days it's half the cals for the day.
kind of low protein
but you doing higher fats?

It's plenty of protein. I am increasing my lifts while losing fat. If I was stagnant and not increasing on my lofts then I would change something. I am eating similar amounts of protein than Pigsy but I'm not a bodybuilder trying to gain mass so I need less than him for my goals.

Looking really good. It's amazing how strong you've gotten.

You are strong before but now you've gotten even stronger.
 
To be able to do that much on close grips means you have extremely strong arms, keep it up.

Ok forgot too mention on the cable curls my previous best was 165 lbs so a jump to 195 is a staggering 20% increase.

Had a really good bench session today. The most ive done on Incline bench was 350 for 1 rep back in late Dec on a 3 week taper. Today I did 3 sets of 3 with 345!!! I think if I did a 3 week taper I would easily get out 365 on incline but I dont want to get out of shape as it takes about a month to get back into shape with volume after tapering. Dont want to get behind. Need to keep volume high enough so I can do another 10 week peaking cycle for the meet in end of July. Got a few PR today. I will take PR's when ever I can while on cycle. Anything less is failure IMO. Whats the point of putting these toxic checmicals into our bodies if we are just going to be average? Ok everyone have a good finish to the week and get Strong AF!!!

High reps being 5-8 for squat, bench, and deadlift. Everything else like smaller movements will try and aim for 12-15 rep sets to give the CNS and ligaments and tendons a well deserved break. Probably not going to hit failure on anything for a month. I want to be rested enough that I can do a 7 week peaking cycle with 3% weekly gains every week going into the meet.

Now I just need to keep the right shoulder happy. Definitely can feel the abuse once the weight goes over 300 lbs. This is one reason why I have gone mostly to incline bench for training. It doesn't hurt my shoulder at all and it seems to have extremely good carry over to the flat bench numbers.

Not understanding what you mean by no weigh in? Weigh in is the day before the meet. I will most likely be 230-235 for the comp so will compete in the 242 class. In November I will try to get down to where I can do a water cut carb deplete to make 220 weight.

Had a decent day today. Lowered weights on everything and concentrated on speed for deadlifts with the pause in place. Nice and explosive half sec reps after the pause. This should really strengthen the lower back and get it ready for next month for the peaking cycle IMO. Will also increase strength as speed is half the equation. Will hopefully be able to increase paused speed deads 10 lbs each week until we start the peaking cycle in June. Will most likely do the same with squats and just do pause deads, pause squats, and pause incline benches for the main compound lifts. We will also be adding in close grip bench on arm/delt day and RDL on squat day. Hopefully I can recover each week on half the PED dosages and calorie deficit.
