If you don't have a general internist then you should go to the emergency room, it sucks but not as bad as an infection.

Liquedmuscle- I injected winny in my calf a few weeks ago and the exact same thing happened to me. My calf swelled a inch bigger around and I couldn't walk at all. It was bright red also. I just sat it out and it took 3 days to break it. I'm not trying to say its not infected just telling you I had the same thing and it turned out allright. Good luck bro

ditto. four days for me, on both calves. i knew it wasnt infected because i injected my teardrop a day after and nothing happend

so in theory YES, spotinjections work but they dont really make your muscles bigger they just make it swollen to appear bigger
