rice cakes or brown rice PWO??

rice cake. for 2 reasons:

1. To, for once, not agree with Tiggy. :p
2. ricecakes provide a much faster insuline spike (I am not sure if brown rice creates a spike, but a gradual increase in blood sugar)

shoot me!!!

I thought he meant PWO meal after his shake...lol. Why would you eat rather than slam a shake? oh well.

If that's the case then eat the rice cake...it'll def. cause more of a rise in blood sugar and get digested 10x quicker.
:bigkiss: @ Tiggy...

yeah, if you can't chug down some dextrose or maltodex with whey then how about something like orange juice with whey? I'd probably even just do the whey by itself, it has a fast enough absorbtion rate.

They are the same, no sugar. Only ingredient is brown rice which is puffed and they throw some salt on top

Actually, since the cakes are more processed, they are digested much faster... (you can even feel them melting in your mouth...)
