I've done a search but can't find an accurate description or video. How exactly do you do reverse hypers, and can you do them without a machine? :0 thanks a ton!!

And if your doing them the way you described, without a machine, it seems like the dumbell would fall and be very hard to control? Maybe im wrong..anyone have a video of them doing it this way?

This article has a picture http://www.t-mag.com/articles/157exp2.html. I have never dropped the dumbbell but sometimes I have trouble with it sliding forward towards my knees. Slow and controlled is best. Next you'll be asking about natural glute-ham raises.
I do them the way I've seen B Fold do them with a 2 by 12 across the saftey bars in a rack. Also instead of using a free weight like a dumbell try a jump strech band.
