Well my cousin had a good day, He competed in the WABDL "Night of the Champions" and he set a state record. He only competed in the deadlifts cause of a hurt shoulder while benching. Here is how he did:
1st attempt-550
2nd attempt-615
3rd attempt-630
4th attempt-650
He got all four and all had green lights. He weighed in at 217, and he took 1st in junior mens and 1st in some other divison.
Other Highlights
550 bench @ 219
505 bench @ 181
370 bench @ 165, 16 year old lifting raw.
280 bench @ 123
410 bench @ not sure what weight class but he was 63 years old.
735 deadlift @ 275
685 deadlift @ 242-275 not sure
475 deadlift @ 123
425-420 deadlift @ not sure what weight class, but it was done by a female lifter.
That all that I can remember, Rick Lawerence was there in the crowd along with Hennis Washington. IT was a long night, but I had fun watching my cousin compete.
