Hey guys, I have just started to do leg workouts for the first time ever really. Mainly squats, now before i couldnt put size on to save my life but over the last 3weeks of adding squats to my workout i finally feel like im making some gains again. My only concern is my rest times for legs, what should i do if they ache still? just grit my teeth and man up through it? or do you need to feel like there full rested? Apart from increasing the possibility of injury what would happen if i worked legs everyday ? thanks.
