Scotsman New member Oct 18, 2001 #2 Try dropping your reps into the 4-6 range. That works better for hypertrophy.
gymtime New member Oct 18, 2001 #3 It could be that you're not going quite heavy enough. On the last set, reps 5 and 6 should be agony. If it's not, add some weight.
