Reintro arm training.

Damn did that work well, I am already getting sore and it has not been even twenty hours.

Me and my new girl went and trained together yesterday and hit arms. She is also a trainer, and we had a great workout.

First we hit standing dumbell curls with supinations, this is my favorite bicep exercise and we both got great pumps.

Then it was standing barbell eye presses ( behind the neck) but only to parallel.

Next we threw in some two handed dumbell triceps extensions and I was happy to find out that I could still handle the 70. lb dumbell for twelve strict reps even after a month of nothing.

We then hit one armed cable curls for the lower insertion.

Dumbell side laterals to cap ( this was her first intro to descending sets, I doubt she is loving me today).

Then bar dips followed immediatly by reverse cable tri extensions.

Both our arms felt oblitherated, but hey what the hell right? give the body a little nudge to get it used to the brutality yet to come.

Damn I missed the gym.

Well tommorrow is legs, and SQUATS, sumo deads, romanians, and calf work; this ought to wake my butt up.

Hope your training felt as tight as mine.
