Hey SC--my boyfriend thinks very highly of you. He suggested that I take a look at your program. Couple things...

I don't mind spending good money on a good program. I like to get the most for my money (like most women) so it provides that extra "motivation" to do it!

Do you do an initial consultation to see if there is a match?

Women...we are a whole 'nother beast! Have you worked with a lot of women?

I'd really like to get more info. I don't frequent the diet board very often, so please forgive my naivety.

I'm concerned with my crazy schedule. Right now I am packing a lunch for work along with stocking RTD protein shakes, bars and snacks. In addition to that, I am going to start instructing a Turbo Kickboxing class once or twice a week in addition to my training.

I guess what the bottom line is, is that I need something that I can work with. I love the idea of a structured, pre-designed meal plan...it would releave me from having to think (and over analyze) the whole thing! Yaaay!

I also wanted to know what experience you have dealing with women's issues...most guys (not here of course...) are totally clueless about the significant changes that go on with women and their monthly "auntie flow" visits.

Just a warning...I'm full of questions...but I love to learn!:D

The monthly "delivery" of your visits are of no issue w/my programs. At least, no-one has made such a correlation in the past.

I've been exploring the use of herbal supplements to combat monthly cravings, bloating, etcetera. Plus a lack of sleep has been an ongoing problem for me, possibly due to the reduction of seratonin produced the week before I "start" (or at least that is my understanding).

Not that my monthly is all I am concerned with...just something to consider. I would be interested in hearing from some of your references, they usually give a lot of insight to what I can expect. And if they are like any of the other clients I've seen/read of yours, I'm sure they will be very encouraging and enthusiastic about your program as well.
