Ok I need help getting my ratios for ANPB refeed while im 180lbs

See on my first refeed I just said whatever Ill get out of ketosis by eating whatever I want for the day and making sure my chinese food came chock full of rice but I would completely overblow the fat and calorie intake and not match the carbs - so is it possible to get these ratios just by eating normal food?

Or does one have to resort to some kind of supplement to get a real refeed?

But im supposed to have this kind of ratio:

2700 calories
203g of protein
405g of carbos
30g of fat =(

Just wanted to see how people do this eating normal foods

Right - lots of processed sugary cereals will do the trick (make sure the fat is low). I buy white bagels and smother them in pancake syrup. Or I suck back white bread or boiled white potatoes like a hoover. Jelly beans are another favorite of mine on the carb-up. Just think "high sugar/no fat" and you'll be on the right track.

alritey..thanks people the cereal looks like its gonna work i didnt think of that before- im makin my refeed tomoro so i can at least eat easter dinner wit the fam

I'm not sure why you couldnt do spaggehti (sp?).

It's very dense with carbs, and the pasta and sauch have low to minimal fat.
Just use a very small amount of olive oil after cooking.

i dont mean to go against the diet but why such low fat?

i think you should have ATLEAST 50g of fat for the day... carbs probably dont have to be that high either... im sure your muscles wont be able to hold 400g of carbs no matter how glycogen depleted they are.

i wouldnt go nuts with the hi GI stuff either... sure maybe one or two meals... but the rest should be reasonably low... oats, pitas, fiber tortilla, beans, etc...
