Just for all that I hired Shadow
as my trainer and we will see just how much he does or doesn't know...

1 - you increased TOTAL CALORIES.......it would not have mattered had you eaten carbs and protein as opposed to protein and fat(assuming total cals were the same)....more than you were burning
2 - Dropping carbs has a direct impact on the following:
a - anabolic state
b - increased catabolism

d - drop in natural thyroid output
e - metabolic rate
and to a lesser extent
3 - other issues
