Training? Um not sure when Ill pick that back up, maybe end of month as planned, working on diet. I am so sick of chicken and broc it's not even funny. To think it's just shy of 4 months til comp and I can't stand it already lol ...this is going to be fun.

Caker Baby ... I forced it down today. I bought some MRP shakes so I don't starve myself. I'm having a hard time cleaning up after myself these past few days in the kitchen lol :splat:

bunz i've tried ambien...i hate it. did not work at all......have you ever tried lunesta? worked pretty good for me...it comes 1,2 and 3mg......it takes like 2-3 nights of taking it for it to kick in but when it does it;s nice. it's also approved for long term use...better then that ambien crap. have a great day :)

Ya, I wish :) I am about to call PeaPod! Ill get there this weekend for sure. Starting to Stretch at least 2 x a day, mostly upper for now but making it a habit. day 2 so far :)

Yeah for better sleep we watched "Talladega Nights: Ballad of Ricky bobby" I couldn't sleep cause I was giggling so much after watching it! It is now my most favorite movie. I am laughing just thinking about it now.

I'm a lunesta girl myself - 2mg knocks me out, and no terrible reactions the next morning except for feeling very slightly "hungover" once in a while. I try not to abuse my prescription.

This log is just oozing with positivity!! Good stuff Bunny. And for the record, I don't mean to interject, but anchorman and talladega (which I haven't seen yet), can't possibly compare the sheer goodness of Old School. I will not argue this point, some things just are. :D

My mom bought these for me. They aren't that bad! :) Maybe the flavor will help me a bit since Im pretty 'chickened' out. Eggs don't appeal to me either. No matter how I season & spice, it's just NON there.

Im craving fruits, I saw some watermelon the other day at the store and about drooled, and grapes? lol ... I want them!

Start school tonight right after work so I figure I'd get this in sometime today.

you need to wander over to P.Factory then... make your own unflavoured, it'll last you awhile cuz u don't use much.

my 5lb jug of M.P.I. / Egg white powder lasts me about a month, depending.
 
bunz...i just switched to musclemilk cookies and cream flavor. i've been using whey for a long long time...i decided to give this a shot. so far i like it alot...i feel more full after i drink it and i also think i look a slight bit thicker too...we'll see how it goes but so far i really like it

I would kind be iffy about using Muscle Milk during a cut. Just alot of stuff in there that really isn't needed (if you want o be picky). Glad they are working for you yet. Only thing cookies & cream I can eat is the ice cream, and frozen, not liquid lol. Only RTD I have picked up & liked so far are the Myoplex Choc Fudge RTD ... and I have to have them COLD, VERY cold so after I freeze them for like 20 it kinda gets like thicker pudding. They do still tend me make my stomach upset as well.

yeah i just feel like it was time for a change....i'm using it preworkout now and then hitting up some reg whey after.

the rich dark chocolate fudge is AWESOME!! eas is a legit company

pre workout I can see, not post though :) Ive tried them, Im picky. :)

Have you seen the Muscle n Oats? Never went there thought it was interesting. With the ISO.. one serving is two scoops, and Im still liking oatmeal these days (prolly cuz the FRUIT I add to it lol) so that really doesn't work for me b/c it's like paste, blech. I wish it were one scoop per serving.
 
i have seen them...never tried though. i like the idea but i love my oatmeal too much to be tampering with it lol. i love my maple brown sugar weight control from quaker!!!

I guess Ill just say that if it works for you, that's great. There are better choices if you are cutting to clean out some excess processing is all.

Ill speak in general terms...Anything less processed is better IMO. The shorter the ingredient list can be a sign of less processing, in lieu of how favorable the title is and/or the Nutrition Facts on the back.

In this instance, processing foods can change the chemical comp. of the carb breaking it down more than you realize.. so you are ingesting a more simple carb when your aim was a complex one. This also affects for your body processes & absorbs it.

... add some cinnamon and splenda... and fruit and you're good to go JP... honey if you can afford it in ur macros :evil:

sarge- some splenda and cinnamon does a body good brutha...i hear ya!!!! i usually don't eat that oatmeal on my cutting diet...maybe twice a week i'll have it tops.

That's how I use Muskle Milk. I was using it as a midmorning meal replacement, but it was sending my sugar up. I also tried mixing it in with cereal in the AM for added protein. A little too thick for that.
 
I was pretty nervous about class tonight ... the teach seems pretty cool MD... he had us all go around and say hi & why you were taking the class ... answers ranged from pharm, radiology, dental, physical therapist, physicians asst, nursing (majority), and the "Im going to med school, this is a refresher class" <-- down with that so i talked to him a lil after class :) Oh so I dont forget, it got out early so Im changing my last meal or two from today -- edit my daily post later ...

hah so my turn (you probably had to be there)... Hi everyone, My name is Mandi At this time I have no direction but am sure to find some upon completing this class. :)

Moving right along, TREIL, my final is the Monday after our show, JUST to add a little something MORE to all the stuff I have going on that previous week... *warning now, I will not be a sane person* and I may even take thursday, friday & Monday off .......

I am watching things pile up. Very patiently. I will crack soon, I can feel it with the emotional breaks last few days.

I love anatomy you know I am here for all that nerdy stuff! Get yourself a min skeleton it makes it the easiest. You can also but a skeleton in which you can make clay muscles and put on him (Not sure if you saw mine or not)You get a hands on approach as to how everything connects and interrelates..
All I can say is study now, every day!!!!
I'm so proud you are back in school ;)

Sounds like you had a great class. I've got my second Church & Controvery class tonight and we have a quiz off of 5 articles, 2 chapters and about 15 acts of the apostles chapters we have to read for it. These jesuit schools and their core requirements stink:(

In a lot of ways maybe the final will keep your mind off the very difficult final pre-show days and as a result you'll be more prepared for both. In fact I'm sure of it!:)

I just started back yesterday, too. It's very hard for me to focus on both school and training. I guess that's true for everybody...wherever there's success, there's a sacrifice. It's hard being great at everything! Lol

Anatony & Physiology with cadaver lab & a health science course, I had to drop the bio for now (did this a while back so I wasn't penalized). I have never gone to school and trained simultaneously, I have never worked full time & done school either, so this should be pretty new to adjust to to all three while trying to maintain a few other side projects.

You're doing great. Just make sure you prep those meals and don't let that hectic school/work/life schedule get in the way, which knowing you, isn't an issue.

At least u made a good decision when you ate out for lunch. I always f up in those situations!

I know I am loving your upload! :chomp: So far Mon Wed 6-9, and Sat class starts in March ...
So far it's just review for me with some misc things I don't know :) (anatomical position, basic chem, regions & quadrants, all I can think of right now). My teacher is hilarious and does not like CHEM at all, so we all love that! Also does not like fill in the blank. He's a resident so has the student perspective and wants to see us get A's and B's, not fail like some other prof's... they start the class with "half of you will not pass this class..." SO GLAD I didn't get that one.

I remember all the basics so that's cool (re chem) , but I have to retake it in summer (along with speech, BLECH!!!) b/c Im not even close to be ready to jump right into Organic...

You give me too much credit lol. thank you ! I usually never eat like crap when i go out to lunch, but the salads these days are loaded with so much $h1t I think sometimes a burger may just be a better choice :evil: This little place decided to adapt the 'no trans fat' ideal so whatever works, better for me when Im in a jam I guess :)

The type of teacher you get really makes your learning experience. Hubby has a great one and a really poor one, there is a big difference in his mood from tuesday night to thursday night.

This weekend I went to the gym Sat & Sun for a little cardio, tried a few walking lunges Sat. outside of right knee hurt so I stopped (after warmup of course)... did some leg extensions on Sunday b/c I wanted to see how weak I was lol :) Yup WEAK!

My bum or my measurements? 41" around the glutes, waist it is like 32, shoulder span 45 i think... I have to take legs 1st b/c they swell once blood gets in them, early am, right when I wake up, from the bottom to the top. I am very soft & padded these days.

You have a shape that you'd have to put on 100lbs to make go away. You have an amazing shape Bunny. Don't forget that.
