B Fold,

I am not familiar with some of these exercises like a reverse hyper or dragging weights. Is there a link where i can get information on how to properly perform these exercises? Also I am not totally sure how to do a sumo style deadlift.

Sumo is usually when you have a VERY wide stance.

When I click on the second link it takes me to the EFS homepage, not to an article. It lists the 4 most recent articles on the home page but I don't think those are the ones you are referring to.

Hmmm...I'm not having any problems with the link here. It is written by Louie Simmons and it is "training for the back." He speaks of his back injuries (similar to yours) and his comeback.
