Hi.

I'm a newb to this. However, not really because I was on and off with not much gain, but I blame myself for that because I wasn't eating right at all.

Finally, I have signed a pact with my wife where she helps me make all the gaining mass foods. So to take advantage of this offer, I wanted to get some good recipes, or plans where I eat 6-7 times a day. Obviously P+F and P+C meals.

I'm also looking for beginner exercises, but since we're in the Diet and Nutrition category, I won't mention that here.

Any help would be gladly, glady appreciated.

My stats are: 5'10.5", 155lbs.
 
Pasta, nuts, cheese, milk, are all easy ways to increase calories.

Instead of tuna, eat salmon or mackeral; beef instead of chicken. Instead of skim milk or non-fat cheese, get whole or 2 %. Bring some almonds to work and snack on them. Enjoy bananas over apples, and make banana protein shake smoothies. And don't throw out whites, or be afraid to dump cheese on your potatoes.

The only concern over this advice is its easy to get too addicted to certain high calorie foods, such as cashews, and to overindulge
