Honestly like 1%-2%.. more towards 1% lol.. Its really stupid but my bodies fat storage is stomach, obleqiues more and so Im lean all upper body, see ok cuts, legs, but its like ALL my fat i have on my bodies muffin topping my obleqiues..so sense i started out my sarms run i was achieving everything i wanted but now my body didn't equally burn fat so Im trying to comp some how.. Make sense?
