Rear Delts.

Mine are pissweak.... what can I do for them?

I sometimes do bent-over laterals, but I don't feel much....

I'm not sure what else to do for rear delts, but it's really noticeable when they're lacking.

I find the bent-over rear lateral raises to be rather effective. You need to be very careful with your technique though because you can easily do them wrong and get very little out of them. Try not to move your back at all during the rep. I like to do them very slow to prevent the momentum from pulling my back around. Going even slower on the negative has also proven pretty effective for me.

The reverse pec dec exercise is pretty good too, doens't feel the same as dbs though. I'm going to try doing some rows to the neck, sounds interesting...

What type of rep scheme are you doing w/ the rear lateral exercise? I find that a light weight that allows 15-20 reps per set to burn them really helps.

I haven't experimented much with the reps I do for rear delts. I usually do 8-10, but now that you mention it I should probably play with that a bit...
