Raw egg in replacement shake?

Is this beneficial at all? I am starting to hear that it isnt as potent raw versus a cooked egg in there.

You generally want to avoid raw eggs, as until they are cooked, only about half of the protein is usable by the body.

Geoff how do you scramble your eggs and maintina as low fat as possible. I make omlettes and have a microwave hot plate, i get a tissue and rub ins ome olive oil which is hardly any at all but scrambled eggs? when my mum makes those they're sooooo oiled up lol

I dont see why you would want to do this. What you are doing is adding an uneccessary lower quality form of protein (and not much of it) to what should be a better one (assuming you have a quality MRP).

most MRPs even quality ones (if they exist lol) have some form oof egg albumin in them

Yes, in small amounts to take advantage of its quick absorption.

Why do you question the availability of quality MRP's?

Because most supplement companies try their hardest to screw the shit out of bodybuilders in persuit of a perfect body.
