Hell ya... The friday work out is for endurance and gives me strenght for the following monday..

Why dont you like it...whats wrong...Also, tell me your chest program...

I don't like working it 2x a week...also, it appears you have around 9-12 WORK sets on your Monday workout... I usually preach around 5-8 worksets... or so...

Basically, I think you could trim it down a tad... maybe get rid of the declines all together... and the Friday training session... unless you just wanted to go in Friday to get a pump on your muscles... but I don't think it is NECESSARY to grow

Remember, no matter WHAT you do at the beginning or first year of training, you are likely to grow... after that, it gets a little dicey.

First of all, I dont have declines in my routine..
Second, the friday work out is EVERY OTHER friday...
And, I have been body building for 5 years(3 years serious)...Im not a beginner..

Also, trim it down... Who would you rather look like, Arnold or Frank Zane....(not that Frank doesnt look good)

No offense, but if I do 8 working sets, thats just a tease to my muscle, I dont feel soreness the next day, barely any blood pumped to my muscle, and i feel like i havent accomplished nothing. I do 8 sets on flat bench press alone (warm up included)

Once and a while, I just do 5x5 for a major muscle and thats it.
And I do get sore, dont get me wrong.. I just dont like it.

Isnt there anyone else who works out like me, or has BB changed? I know BIGDLM does...:)

Why do incline barbell and incline dumbell?

Are you making progress using these methods? Are your weights going up progressively or are you plateaued? If your not plateauin then keep doing what your doing... Once you hit a plateau... thats when you should be changin your program.. In my opinion anyways...

Sorry.. .I ment incline DB... I thought it said decline.

Dude, if you aren't getting sore or even feeling it... it isn't necessarily how many worksets you do... I can get so sore I can't move the muscle the next day off of doing only 3 worksets!!! It all comes down to changing mesocycles to keep your body from adapting.

I was in competitive athletics for 4 years at Indiana University... I have been weight training since I was 20, I am 28... that gives me 8 years of "experience" -- and guess what? I still am learning shit EVERY freeking day. The old school bodybuilders aren't necessiarly correct either... many of their methods are outdated... Arnold? Frank? I would'nt follow their workouts, that's for sheezy... and I'm 240 at 6'1" ... only gettin bigger. ;)

On incline I do 3 heavy sets 4-6 and incline DB 3 sets 8-10.
How is that wrong?

Of course im makin progress.. When I get in a plateau, I usually do super heavy negatives(120-130 percert of my max).
Supersets, 5x5 heavy (thats it), or i mix it up..

But always, always, always bi's and tri's twice a week...

Im learning stuff too. I know I dont know EVERYTHING about BB.
Im not Mike Mentzer. :) Im just doin what works for me. Maybe my muscles need more stimulation. Who knows. Its a sceince.

I dont follow Arnolds Exact routine...But I do believe in the Weider Principles.. Forces reps, overloading, Supersets, negatives, trisets, giant sets, pyramiding, blah blah...
